Magnetic Polishing Machine PMPM-00035

The PMPM-00035 is the smallest machine in the Precinova Systems range. It is built for precision machining workshops, electronics manufacturers, medical-component producers, and pilot production across India. The compact desktop size (640 × 520 × 1088 mm) fits easily on any workbench. Yet it uses the same polishing technology as the larger industrial models. Need more capacity? Step up to the PMPM-00045.

How does it work? A spinning magnetic field moves stainless steel pins against your parts. The pins deburr, polish, remove oxide, and clean inner holes — all in one step. You just load, press start, and wait. Learn more in our guide on how magnetic polishing machines work.

The 2.2 KW motor spins at 1,400 RPM. The round polishing bucket is 350 mm wide. It handles 8–10 KG of parts per batch. Most jobs finish in 5 to 15 minutes. That is much faster than hand polishing or tumbling. It works on brass, copper, aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, and zinc alloy.

The controls are simple. Set the forward and reverse magnetic field times. Use the auto-stop timer to walk away. Adjust motor speed with the inverter panel. A fuse protects the electrical system. The restart button lets you re-time quickly between batches.
